There are 7 "common area parking" for your guests. Please utilize these areas instead of parking on the street. Any car that is parked on the street over 1 hour or longer than 48 hours in the common area will be wheel-clamped and towed at the car owner’s expense. Also, please do not park in another person’s driveway unless you have permission from the resident. Each resident has the right to tow a vehicle that is parked in their driveway.

In addition, trailers, boats, and non-running vehicles are not allowed to be parked within the community, except for the purpose of temporary loading or unloading.

Please make sure that you are inspecting your yards and attending the landscaping needs on a frequent and regular basis. According to the Covenants, grass should be no taller than 6 inches from the ground. Any violations will be subject to fines. If you are planning on making any architectural changes, please do the following:

1) Fill out an Architectural Request Form in detail (listed on the website under “Documents)

2) If your request is approved, you may start construction exactly as it was approved.

3) If you are denied, you could resubmit your request to comply with the Covenants, or cancel your plans for that request.

Current trash pick-up day is every Friday. Please make sure to place your trash cart out on the curb after 4PM on Thursday before pick up and return the container by 9PM on Friday. Homes with garbage that is left out of a designated garbage area or placed on the street outside of the appropriate times, will be subject to fines.
